to ensure that all emails sent through Inbranded Inc's service comply with applicable
anti-spam laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, including a clear and
conspicuous opt-out mechanism in every email, accurately identifying the sender of the
email, and accurately representing the subject matter of the email.

Inbranded Inc reserves the right to review and approve all email content before it is sent to
ensure compliance with these terms of service. All emails sent through Inbranded Inc must
contain accurate and complete information, and must not contain false or misleading claims,
infringe on any third-party rights, or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations.

of all emails, as delivery may be affected by factors beyond its control, such as spam

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the email addresses on their mailing
list are accurate and up-to-date. Inbranded Inc will make reasonable efforts to deliver
emails, but cannot guarantee delivery as delivery may be affected by factors outside of its
control, such as recipient email server issues or spam filters.
